Da Men (also known as Da:men) is a freehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in USJ 1, UEP Subang Jaya. It consists of Da Men Komersil, Da Men Mall and Da Men Residence. There are 480 apartment units available at this project with built-up from 723 sf to 1,192 sf for apartment units, 1,714 sf to 1,865 sf for retail units and 1,377 sf to 6,544 sf for shop-offices. It was developed by Global Oriental Bhd (fka Equine Capital) with a launch price at around RM620 psf for apartment units, and was completed in about 2016.
