It is almost 30 yrs now and noticed that the Ixora Apartment never and ever done any new changes and renewed ever since owner purchased it.
Here are the list of problem :-
1)Building of the blocks never refurbish or ever PAINT new.(Very Bad conditions)
2) Car Park never wash and clean.
3)Swimming pools and changing rooms/toilet always dirties, without doors and damage.
4)Walking security gate without a door gate after so many months.
5)Elevators (Block 7) always breakdown from time to time.
