The Gardens Mall, The Gardens, Mid Valley City

The Gardens Mall is a leasehold shopping mall that is located in The Gardens, Mid Valley City. It was developed by IGB Corp Bhd, and was completed in about Sep 2007. The developer is a mid-sized real estate company listed on KLSE, and it has undertaken around 15 real estate projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Megamall and The Boulevard.

This shopping mall has some amenities nearby, such as transit stations, universities, hospitals and schools. The following are some of the main transit stations here:

• Komuter Angkasapuri
• Komuter Mid Valley
• Komuter Seputeh
• Komuter/LRT Abdullah Hukum
• LRT Kerinchi

As for universities, there are Bakti College, Meritus University, Shekinahgrace Bible College, Universiti Kuala Lumpur and University Of Malaya Centre For Continuing Education (UMCCed). There are also some hospitals here, e.g. Hospital Bapak Aqu, IHEAL Medical Centre and Pantai Medical Centre.

Lastly, the schools here are SK Bangsar and Sri Dasmesh International School.
