The facilities look amazing (with the pool, gym and etc) but they are not well-maintained. The number of mosquitoes that reside in their pond is pretty alarming. Yea, there is supposedly free Wi-Fi in the gym, but it's at the expense of your arms and legs. Not only that, maintenance isn't really trying to fix the doors on the fifth floor, leaving the P floor unguarded.

Great views from condo, amazing pools but tiny over-crowded gym. Location next to Straits Quay so very convenient. Security is really high (pros and cons, and very topical with some residents) to the point that even if management know your face and name and see you every-single-day, you have to show your ID card every time! The place is very well kept by a great ground team but sometimes (as mostly the renters) you just want to live, impulsively invite your friends over (you can't on Saturdays if you haven't registered them beforehand because office is closed!!).

Was there on 2 Nov 2019. A lady jump off building and died. Landed near to the kid's pool. Didn't witness the jump but did saw the corpse. Not a decent day for me.

Good location good facilities but abused by many doing airbnb and homestay. Many outsiders arab and locals don’t follow rules in using the pool and very noisy and mess up. Outsiders argue with homeowners and regret to buy here. Management and guards must be strict to check no homestay and airbnb operate.
