Mount Erskine is a freehold town located in Tanjung Tokong, Penang Island. Indian managements, committees, guards, and mostly Indian residents. What do u expect? Rubbish, parking, vandalism, and safety issues. The police can't do anything. 10 years i stayed here everything getting worst n worst, no improvement at all.

Problematic management. Do not get a property here. Nice building but troublesome management. Trying to kill off all the shoplot below by blocking access. Refused to listen to residents and tenants of the shoplots.

There is nobody using the basketball court yet we are only allowed a maximum of 2 hours when there is literally no one else playing. After 2 hours, the guards will ask us to go politely but the management is not good. Should fix this problem.

This condominium is a mixed of affordable housing which they will never mentioned to you. Do not get cheated when they try to mention that this is a premium condominium, and do not ever buy this unit if you are expecting a premium or quality condominium. The external image may look attempting and nice but in reality, their building materials are cheap and poor quality that cause the paint crack everywhere. On top of that, the sales person SAW will turn from a polite to terrible attitude after you purchased the unit when you have encountered many flaws for the unit, and request them to fix it. The issue will not be entertained but brush it off by mentioning these are small issues when it is not.

Feels emotionally shattered as i noticed after paying a deposit of the house in block A that, we are not allowed to use all facilities at a different block. The main reason we are renting the house in tri pinnacle is because of the top view of the pool. Kindly ensure to ask the agent that if u are decided to use the facilities, make sure that u are staying in block B or C. This is the first time i'm renting a condo with a separated location of facilities. So frustrated that i have to wait for another year without going to the pools & gym.
