Proper and helpful management. Spacious floor plan. Lifts are working. Covered parking (partly). Pool okay. Congested, of course (due to SUKE construction). Tidal way morning&evening by police. 1.3km to Ampang LRT. 550m to McD. 12km 'straight route' to KLCC.
