Comparing the 3 nearby condominiums in Taman Desa, the Danau Permai, Danau Impian and Danau Idaman, the latter commands the best value in the perspective of property investor, in terms of price vs rental return.

I used to love staying here but past months, with multiple change of management the facilities as not well taken care of. The water pressure getting worse especially for high floor unit, the lift is always down. Few times tree fell onto cars parked in the compound.
