Sunway Geo is a leasehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Sunway South Quay, Bandar Sunway. It comprises Sunway Geo Avenue, Sunway Geo Residences and Sunway GeoLake Residences. There are 790 apartment units, 200 retail outlets and 600 offices available at this project with built-up from 829 sf to 1,388 sf for apartment units, 2,500 sf to 6,795 sf for retail units and 563 sf to 994 sf for offices. It was developed by Sunway Bhd with a launch price of about RM850 psf for apartment units, RM750 psf for offices, RM1,000 psf for retail units, and was completed around 2016.
Sunway Bhd is a very big-scale property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has developed about 91 property projects in Malaysia.
