Sunway Geo Avenue is a leasehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Sunway Geo, Sunway South Quay. It comprises Sunway Geo Flexi Suites, Sunway Geo Retail, Sunway Geo Tower and Sunway GeoSense Residences. There are 318 condominium units, 600 offices and 200 retail units available at this project with built-up from 656 sf to 1,732 sf for condominium units and 596 sf to 756 sf for offices. It was developed by Sunway Bhd with a launch price of about RM960 psf for condominium units, RM750 psf for offices, RM1,000 psf for retail units, and was completed around 2016.
Sunway Bhd is a very big-scale property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has developed about 116 property projects in Malaysia.
