Sunway Geo Avenue is a leasehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Sunway Geo, Sunway South Quay. It comprises Sunway Geo Flexi Suites, Sunway Geo Retail, Sunway Geo Tower and Sunway GeoSense Residences. There are 318 apartment units, 600 offices and 200 retail units available at this project with built-up from 656 sf to 956 sf for apartment units and 480 sf to 1,500 sf for offices. It was developed by Sunway Bhd with a launch price of about RM960 psf for apartment units, RM750 psf for offices, RM1,000 psf for retail units, and was completed around 2016.
