Setia Pearl Island (also known as Setia Pulau Mutiara) is a freehold town that is located in Sungai Ara, Penang Island. It is an exclusive township development with the concept of a tropical island of dreams with beautiful homes and well-designed landscapes. The development occupies the site of what used to be the Pearl Island Country Club. It is a safe and serene neighbourhood which is meant for families to live in.
