SS19, Subang Jaya
SS19 (also known as SS 19) is a freehold landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. It consists of Keranji Apartment. The built-up available at this project is 640 sf to 6,000 sf for houses and 861 sf for flats. It was developed by Sime Darby Property Bhd, and was completed in about 1986.
Sime Darby Property Bhd is a huge real estate company listed on KLSE, and it has constructed around 294 real estate projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Bandar Ainsdale, Bandar Bukit Raja, Bukit Jelutong, Denai Alam, Elmina Gardens, SS15, Saujana Impian, USJ 1, USJ 6 and USJ Heights.
