The office building complex feels quite dated due to aging design and old facilities that has yet to get upgraded or get a new facelift, thus this place are still quite vacant. However the quiet place is still perfect to set up office due to quiet environment and large office space available.

Got many unit becoming homestay. This property is for residential not a homestay. But still it is a nice place to stay. Nice view.
