Good location good facilities but abused by many doing airbnb and homestay. Many outsiders arab and locals don’t follow rules in using the pool and very noisy and mess up. Outsiders argue with homeowners and regret to buy here. Management and guards must be strict to check no homestay and airbnb operate.
