Mines Resort City, Seri Kembangan

Mines Resort City (also known as The Mines) is a leasehold town that is located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. It is a prime example of the transformation of a former mining site into a luxurious residential and commercial area. The area is rich in history, having formerly been home to the world's largest open cast tin mine, known as Hong Fatt Mine. Today, Mines Resort City is home to plush residential areas and The Mines Shopping Mall, which serves as a key commercial hub. Additionally, the Royal Military College and the Kelab Golf Maktab Tentera Diraja are located just northeast of the city, adding an element of prestige to the already impressive area. The development of this former mining site demonstrates how the real estate industry can elevate areas not normally associated with luxury and demonstrates how creativity and vision can maximize the value of undeveloped land.

Astetica residence is conveniently situated near major roads which is Sungai Besi Highway, SILK, and is just a stone's throw away from The Mines Shopping Mall, KTM Serdang Station, restaurants and convenient stores.

This makes location most suitable for rental for working adults, students, and own stay.

Mines 2 is more like office building compare to The Mines. It is a nice building but hard for new visitor to go to office main entrance because it is quite confusing. Will facing bad traffic jam if attending wedding dinner, going in and out.

Good security guards, friendly and respectful. However the place still feels unsafe, and dark. The apartment is spacious, but the rubbish chute is a problem, it is in a room, and you have to open and close it quickly because it stinks and all the roaches will run out.
