Seremban 2, Seremban

Seremban 2 is a city that is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. It is a new satellite city that well developed for relocating the administrative, business and education services of the state. It is also a new home for the state government and local authorities with the more organized surrounding structure. Homes here are considered more exclusive compared to the older estates in Seremban.

Some of the notable landmarks in this city are Rasah Kemayan, Centrio, Oakland Commercial Centre, The Plazo and Uptown Avenue.

This city has many amenities nearby, i.e. schools, universities and hospitals. The following are some of the main schools here:

As for universities, there are East West International College, Gold University, UiTM Seremban 3 and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kampus Seremban. There are also some hospitals here, for example Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban, Columbia Asia Medical Center Seremban and KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital.

New commercial area @ S2 Heights. Limited number of shops such as Speedmart 99, DIY shop, tyres shop, and few restaurant operating as of 2018. More will be joining when the tamans across the S'ban- Bukit Nenas Highway fill up with more residents.

It is a low-rise residential area with low-density communities. This area is located near the banks, eateries, government complex, police station, and shopping malls.

It is a luxurious landed property units with tight security and the guards are often patrolling this residential area. The facilities provided are well-maintained and always in the best condition.

This is a guarded residential area and there are many amenities and gov departments available around this area such as banks, convenience stores, eateries and shopping centres.

Without a doubt, a good neighbourhood to live in with its quality environment and peaceful surrounding suitable for raising children as well as for newly married couples. Also, convenient to many areas such as, Aeon Seremban 2 and banks.

This area is a rather ideal place to live in for families with young children. Its also within short distance to several schools and has convenient access to a variety of basic amenities and township facilities.

Strategic location. Easy access to Plus Highway, and it only took me 5 mins but the only downside is that there are few abandoned shops near the area. Worried for any safety issues since the area is not guarded.

This low-rise residential terrace house is surrounded by plenty of amenities such as retail lots, banks within a short drive. Location is strategic and accessible to and fro highways that connect residents to the Klang Valley area.

Super strategic location...accessible to almost every where. Lots of amenities surrounding the area, and got 'pasar malam' every Tuesday.

Not a safe environment to stay. Security is so loose eventhough the apartment is guarded. Waste disposal in the area is not constant, can see rubbish along the road outside of apartment.

This 3-storey medium cost apartment is accessible to so many amenities including shop lots, restaurants, eateries, clinics, petrol station, fire station and police station. Ample parking spaces. Bus also available in the area.

A strategic and exclusive condominium with modern looking facade and 24-hour security surveillance. Got access card control at the guardhouse and lift lobby. Very safe environment.

This area is very suitable for families as its surrounded by primary and secondary school nearby and easy access to town of Negeri Sembilan and KL. Good security and management system!

New place, not many shops yet but its a good place as its at centre of Seremban 2. Easy access to other places ie Mydin is just opposite road and Aeon Seremban 2 is about 5 minutes drive away

The location is near to Mydin. So easy to find food there. Also the location is good cuz very quiet.

Eventhough far from the city centre, everything is still within driving distance to all the needs. Very friendly neighbourhood, suitable for family with kids.
