Many amenities can be found here within walking distance. Near to palm mall and easy access to public transport (bus, trains, taxi). Roads are extremely congested during peak hour.

The location is amazing, love the scenery. Well designed structure and design. Quick, near to Seremban town and close to highways.

Sound proof wasn't good. Awakened by kids playing outside early morning. But palm mall is walking distance from here.

Abandoned place, but got few workshops and office there. Foreign workers live upstairs. Very isolated and not safe.
