It has a nice clubhouse with infinity pool, but u gotta pay RM25 per entry which is pretty pricy for a place that is not well maintained. It also has a cafe next to the pool which has some decent food. The asian food is nice but don't ever order the burger!

Excellent security who are friendly who don't allow the usual bad habits people do in Malaysia. Place is decently equipped for residents but the pricing of most shops downstairs are questionable.

Worst Building Management Ever.
They do maintenance for all the Elevator at once. It doesn't make sense they have 4 elevator but none of them functioning. I don't know they really do maintenance or they just leave it and do nothing. it is almost one weeks the problems haven't solved. The others things some of the equipment in gym is broken. they just leave it about 4 months and do nothing. The condo view and environment is not bad. it is just they need to change building management. They don't know how to manage a Condo.

Screwed up place when it comes to monopolise ISP's. Only CityBroadband is allowed to provide service in this condominium. No TM, no Time, No Maxis no other ISP allowed.

New area. Quite nice. Parking inside as resident will be headache. Wasting time turning up and down for so many floors.

The facility like swimming pool, outdoor bbq, playground and tennis attracted me, gym is average due to ventilation control (heaty and need the guard to open the switch), unsure long term whether it will be sustainable.

Room SOHO size is ok. Just that the unit nearby the lift area is very disturbing especially when residents open and close it.

A great place for a corporate office, a few numbers of corporate office are available there, great to see that there have a parking lot and entrance for the people who are a handicap.
There have some Malaysian restaurant, a Mamak, one or two Arabic restaurant and Pakistani restaurant are available.
CBD Perdana recently brings the card system for parking, may you have to pay Rm120 for a month if you are interested to park your car without reserve parking. Rm30 per month for motorbike 😀

Behind of Century Square we have Arena that consists of a open car park, football field & malay food court. Just opposite of Century Square is where Shafbury Square is located which consist of office blocks, service apartment & retail shop lots

The management office is terribly inflexible and will make your life difficult. They disregard whatever concerns (or suggestions) you may have as a tenant and tell you openly that they only "service" the apartment owners.

When they soft launch i was actually very keen. House design very nice. And price after rebates was within my budget. But after visiting the showroom, i feel for my family, its not practical. To throw kitchen rubbish must go downstairs and to go back in the house also take the stairs. Lol. Of course some will say the groundfloor can go in. But the kitchen n living room are at 1st floor. No escaping the stairs.

Well landscaped garden and pool area. Common areas such as corridors and sky deck should be better maintained. Not too far from restaurant and shops

A musician's dream home? Interesting naming schemes selected by the developer. Different gardens are named with different composer's name. For instance, there are Beethoven, Verdi, and Schumann. Moreover, the club house is renamed as the Opera House. Haha. Everything is under this whole big community, the symphony, which has a main guardhouse, and a garden's own guardhouse.

Very pathetic design...two storey house converted into one storey ...one hall and one room upstairs...no door for room...in hall, they make a kitchen place which is a very bad idea....all cooking smell/oiling will scatter in hall.... since two years, only couple of apartment are occupied...not an easily accessible place....no public transportation around....no shop nearby.... pathetic management....still under developer MGMT.....the only facility is swimming pool which is very small...no shop lots... security change every two three months....last month immigration raid and captured illegal security guards from India... company not black listed yet...so many issue....ppl only come here for weekend party coz quiet place
