Cyberjaya is a city that is located in Selangor, Malaysia. It is rapidly being developed into a busy city catering to the masses, as many companies qualify for MSC incentives have relocated their operations to Cyberjaya. Other than that, it is also considered a students' city, as the whole area is full of university students mainly from Multimedia University.
Some of the notable landmarks in this city are Century Square, Star Central, i-Tech Tower and Menara Hasil. Besides, there are also some shopping malls here, i.e. Centrus Mall and Centrus Boulevard.
This city has many amenities nearby, i.e. universities, hospitals, schools and metro transport stations. The following are some of the main universities here:

No balcony in the studios. Its very damp inside. It has a big living room with very small room. One good thing about its location is not only off from other burstling places in cyberjaya but not crowdy and you can barely hear noises.
Family oriented residence. one of the few apartments in Cyberjaya that is populated with families, less students. so nice to see kids playing at the play area, parents walking around on weekends. Often see birthday parties and family functions at Vega multipurpose hall too. The management manages it very well too.
I'm living here but there is no mini mart or shop within society that is hurting the most to buy every little pin you have to go by car which is always parked on allocated parking space (mine is level 5 unluckily :( sad) ground floor near lobby area is for visitors only so if I have to go out will have to park on level 5 in my case that is not easy. Management should improve rf id everytime coming in have to use my access card from my pocket to remove barriers same for going up in the parking I believe they should give something which we can stick on our vehicle windscreen so it does open without using access card. Other facilities are good like gym and pool etc. The two Condominium towers are badly facing opposite side of the air most of the time. Other block people can see directly into you lounge or bedrooms they could easily avoid this situation
This large-scale residential project is an award-winning one for its natural landscaping and is certainly impressive for first time visitors. There are several different islands with different themes and architecture of the bungalows and landed apartments. There is a central lake with a fountain that shuts off at night so that it is quieter.

Old condominium a lot of mosquitoes, management don't care about that although a lot of people who have to admit hospital for Dengue fever. They should take proper step to reduce mosquito from this residential area and I have a suggestion to those who stay in this place, please do not open your room windows very early morning and the night.
Hope the management will look into this issue.
Quite peaceful place to stay, a few minutes walking to MMU university and the interesting TAMARIND SQUARE which is quite crowded during weekend; many restaurants and cafe are around there.
Office block in Cyberjaya the house the office of DreamEdge. Good security and nice clean ground floor reception area. Parking for visitor are not well sign.
Nice built up with nice neighbourhood scenery with quite big parking space. However, if you are looking into buying it and your office is in KL, you have to bear the distance as it is located at the outskirt of Cyberjaya. The road along there looks so terrible with lots of sinkholes. I was wondering how the motorist can use this road at night. Hope the local authority will repair the damage as soon as possible.
Everything is ok. The only thing I was given one access card. It is very difficult if you have family to move around because every door need card access for example door to exit pool, lift, entrance.
The environment around the condo area is great, the quality of the room is good, except for the lobby! Totally hideous with the black cheap looking waterfall pond that is totally out of place. Developer advertise it as a 5-star hotel lobby look, but now it looks like a cheap motel.
The project got delay big time. Suppose to finished 2019/2020. But from the looks of it, I think it will take longer. The price are a bit expensive compare to the provided amenities & services, density and location.
Spacious, bigger size compare other property developer having 22x70. Easy access to nearby school, Cyberjaya hospital (on going construction), shops and supermarket (Village Grocer).
Lift keep breaking down. Had a case of people getting trapped before.
Saya pembeli PR1MA TWO Cyberjaya. Kualiti yang sangat teruk. Cat common area belum duduk dah terkopek mcm rumah usang. Kualiti dalam rumah juga teruk, macam nak jimatkan kos yg banyak walaupun harga rumah mahal RM359k.
they have worst management and paking lot. when raining, u need to check for your car any time
No security whatsoever... and the building is too old... plus the rooms are small, dull and way too expensive, it is not worth it... to rent...
Regret to rent here... guard are super lazy and make their own SOP... it raining and I book grab... and guard said only allow to pick up at 8 am ... what ?... why becouse they r super lazy to write down t driver detail ... and also they not follow SOP .. they dont have right to hold any id for visitor ..
Superbly wonderful and large common areas. You’ll not find such large units in cyberjaya with spacious communal areas. Selling point is it’s 3 swimming pool, basketball court and convenient mini market
A very nice condominium to stay in Cyberjaya with family, the surrounding is very superb with Masjid Cyber 10 opposite the gate, shops around the house areas, gated and guarded. Not really compact with 3 blocks of buildings only with great community. There are playground, futsal and basketball courts for outdoor activities. Near to Brainy Bunch, Tamarind Square and access to Elite Highway and Mex Highway, Puchong and Putrajaya.
An interesting place to hang out in Cyberjaya. An arty place with lots of open spaces, bare concrete, greenery, and metal. The Treehouse area is a collection of stacked cafes and shops which are accessible by a series of winding stairs. Surrounding it are more commercial lots, but most are empty. Explore and you will be pleasantly surprised by the lush tees, and flowering creepers which give the whole place an otherworldly feel. The anchor tenant is Village Grocer, and a 24 hour Book Excess. Ample free parking.
Have 4 block of apartment (A,B,C & D).. 27 floor level for each block.. 4 unit lift service for each block.. Fully furnished house.. Have swimming pool (level 5), parking lot (level G ~ level 4), shop, restaurant, dobi service, gym, sport court, surau, etc.. Good management & guard team.. Management office open from Monday (full day) until Saturday (half day)..
I love this place. Soothing and calming. I like its simple and greenery layout. No paint to the wall. Its preserve natural resources. And its free parking too ;)
This apartment has some serious water issue! Im living at the 17th floor and there is always an issue with the water pressure. Especially on the weekends and early morning before going to work. The water tank cannot supply the water to all the houses. Your water will become slow and sometimes there's no water at all! U have to wait a few minutes for the water but it will be super slow at its really troublesome if u are married and have children since it will take longer time to take a bath. Please avoid staying here unless u don't really care about taking a bath. I repeat, serious water issue! This problem have been highlighted to the management but the problem still persist.
All blocks facing each other so no good view. Pretty congested and its pretty small. The units are commonly rented by MMU students for its proximity to the campus.
Lift always broke down. Its unreasonable to rely on 1 lift for over 30 floors. Management is incompetent in dealing with tenants' complaints.
Security wise is good. Very clean and calm environment with amazing view. Shops, bank, cafes, salon, clinic, supermarket are within walking distance.
Secluded area with good lake view. Parking area can be quite scary at night. Very difficult to access to public transport from here.
Very nice place to stay. Got huge pool with gym and jacuzzi and its very near to Dpulze, MMU and Limkok Wing University
Serious water issue here, very troublesome if youre a family with kids. Security wise is good, access card can only access its floor.
Good location for university students to stay or long term rent. Not good for homestay. If you want to stay for one or two days better at proper hotel. Public facilities closed until Covid is over.
It is apartment block where international students stay. Many Africans and Middle Eastern residents. Good location for students dorm or long term rent. But the homestay units are in bad condition, no wifi, booking website pictures taken long time ago. Beware of polite “deaf” homestay agents, advertise cheap because the apartment is in horrible condition and students often use for private party. Public facilities closed until Covid is over.
Travelers better book proper hotels nearer to mall area with daily sanitation against Covid spread.
The place is crowded especially peak hour as cars lineup for Mcdonald n Starbucks.
Nice for long term stay. Travelers better book hotels and motels direct. The homestay and agents here do not follow strict Covid guidelines daily sanitation in the apartment, mostly are doing this without license to operate. Be safe.
Good location, near shops, generally a clean comfortable area. Wheelchair friendly place. If you are a long term resident, this is a good place to consider. But avoid homestays and agents, they advertise old pictures for a few ringgit less. For short stays, proper hotels are better.
Very poor quality and poor building management of tower 4. Corridor and rubbish room is full of dust. Resident always complain but nothing has been done.
Luxury condo but security is not that good. Not surrounded by cctv which it's suppose to be.

Is there access cards usage in the condominium as I heard the barrier is broken. I like the layout, room with balcony and the view. Please advise.
They can't properly manage visitors regardless whether or not during MCO. The entrance is flooded with cars. I had lived and been to condos that are far, far more organized.
The management staffs and security guards are very rude. Do they think they are police man or something?
They are rude but it depends on who you are. They are especially polite to Western men, like call them SIR but they are very rude to Asians, especially Asian women.
Many foreigners (Koreans, Japanese) have already left verdi, and vacant houses are increasing, and the cleaning condition is getting worse day by day.
Hi Olivia, I was just visiting a friend there, the barrier was functioning well the time I went there, I bet it has been fixed now, perhaps? U would need to have access card to enter every floor so in terms of security wise to every floor, it is still safe. Plus, each unit comes with an intercom for easy communication with visitors. Hope this helps.
If you willing to live here (consider the poor management where the water supply or electricity will be disturbed without any notice) also there is other issues where u will find out about when u live here
Tenant will get extra expense - very easily broken and repair temporary (door handle, leaking, shower handle, cracking wall, tile, shelf, light, cooking table, curtain washing fee). Even though we rented in full furnished, we unable to use many things for 1 year and another 1 year. There are good guards, neighbourhood and bad maintenance.
Easily accessible and close to IBM, Starbucks, JPJ etc., with plenty of parking space and no traffic jam.
This pocket little mall packs a punch to serve the surrounding neighbourhood. Don't be fooled by its small size as you will be surprised to find that it is stacked with everything you need. Anchored by Jaya Grocer, they have most of the chain stores you'd expect to find in bigger malls. They even have a cinema at the top floor! Parking is a little small but still ample enough to find a spot.
Today 21-Dec-2020, at 1:00am, the fire alarm is ringing like crazy. Called Security Guard, no respond. Happen many times at Tower 1. Sgt2 disturbing.
A gated and secured neighbourhood. A very quiet, clean with tranquil environment. I love the environment here.
Parking is expensive, only went there to deal with Poslaju and LHDN matters. Parking per entrance is RM2. Not worth it even when u been there for only 5 mins. Location wise, this building is well maintained and easy to find.
