Ampang, Selangor
Ampang is a city that is located in Selangor, Malaysia. It is a Malay majority city that is located very close to the city center. Not only that, one can also find plenty of Malay 'pasar malam' and food here. Unfortunately, most of the properties in this city are leasehold, as many were built on Government-owned land for the poor Malays.
Some of the notable landmarks in this city include Melawati Corporate Centre, Menara Pandan, Menara Maxisegar and Menara MPAJ. Besides, there are also some shopping malls here, such as Pandan Kapital, Paragon Point, Melawati Mall, Ampang Point and Dagang Avenue.

Lastly, the hospitals here are KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital and Prince Court Medical Centre.

Proper and helpful management. Spacious floor plan. Lifts are working. Covered parking (partly). Pool okay. Congested, of course (due to SUKE construction). Tidal way morning&evening by police. 1.3km to Ampang LRT. 550m to McD. 12km 'straight route' to KLCC.
Currently constructing more high-tension wires surrounding the property compounds. The air is very bad as quite a number of illegal open air burnings on and off around the neighborhood. Since there's no control and enforcement, the smell of the smoke is getting unbearable. The only advantage is the strategic location within KL city centre.
It's very near to Lrt, only 2 mins by walk can reach. Medical shop, 24Hrs Restaurant, Supermarket and more... with in this building, I love it...
Not a safe environment to stay. Security is so loose. On an average, there will be 4 break-ins every month. Management is not pro active enough to take preventive actions after so many break ins. Worst still, management team does not even come back on cctv footage after complaints are being lodged.
Quite crowded because of the kiosk. The entrance for grab-stop causing jammed. The location of motorcycle parking is not suitable to be in front of the entrance. It's the kind of mall that you can find restaurants and shops, but not much entertainment.
