Not crowded, the environment around seems like a ghost town. No one around the gym and swimming pools which makes it a great place to stay. Very poor maxis coverage inside the buildings and a smell very bad maybe due to less cleaning inside the building by the cleaner. Secured, need to pass through the security. 3km away from mesamall, the nearest mean of shopping and buyung grocery. Not really convenient, no grab services or no mean of transportation. So come along with your own transportation. Many empty parking and condo rooms/houses. Clean swimming pools and gym. Not well lit inside the buildings. Less choices of food delivery and high delivery fees.
