Teega, Puteri Harbour
Teega is a freehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Puteri Harbour, Nusajaya. It comprises Teega Residence, Teega Suites, Teega Tower and Teega Walk. There are 1,292 apartment units available at this project with built-up from 485 sf to 1,582 sf for apartment units and 2,346 sf to 2,576 sf for offices. It was developed by UEM Sunrise Bhd (fka Sunrise) with a launch price at about RM900 psf for apartment units, and was completed in around 2016.
UEM Sunrise Bhd (fka Sunrise) is a gigantic property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has built about 63 property projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are 11 Mont Kiara, Menara Solaris, Radia, Residensi Sefina, Serene Heights, Solaris Dutamas, Summer Suites, Symphony Hills, Taman Nusa Idaman and Verdi.
This integrated office, residential & retail hub is not very ideal for own stay or investment, as it has no amenities around.
