Teega is a freehold integrated office, residential & retail hub located in Puteri Harbour, Nusajaya. It comprises Teega Residence, Teega Suites, Teega Tower and Teega Walk. There are 1,292 apartment units available at this project with built-up from 485 sf to 1,582 sf for apartment units and 2,362 sf to 2,576 sf for offices. It was developed by UEM Sunrise Bhd (fka Sunrise) with a launch price at about RM900 psf for apartment units, and was completed in around 2016.

UEM Sunrise Bhd (fka Sunrise) is a gigantic property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has built about 54 property projects in Malaysia.
