D'Island, Puchong South
D'Island (also known as D'Island Residence) is a leasehold landed housing estate located in Puchong South, Puchong. It comprises Apicalia, Balvia, Corallia, Nautilus, Nautilus 2 and Skyvilla. There are 352 apartment units available at this project with built-up from 1,026 sf to 3,968 sf. It was developed by LBS Bina Group Bhd with a launch price at about RM780 psf for apartment units, RM380 psf for houses, and was completed in around 2014.
