This is a quiet comfortable building for young families, couples, retired. There are a variety of sized units to suit even singles.
The small but clean gym and pool are suitable for regular exercise.
Close to the local mall, but far enough away to give peace and quiet.

Poor soundproof, lousy parking design, neighborhood left and right side apartment were very noisy.

Used to be many Christian Families here. But since 2016, it started to have many TOC Automotive College students. It has make here a students hostel. They make noises by the swimming pool at night, caused my young kid can't sleep early.

Besides, every month got water piping problems leads to no water supply. Yes, it is on monthly basis!!

Nice neighbours, amazing garden and facilities. There are many equipments to use in the gym. Amazing view at night, plus it's quiet at night. It's also located in SS2 area - at a housing area which makes the road around it less busy (and so quieter) but also within 15 minutes drive to shopping malls (Tropicana mall, One utama, mid valley, paradigm..).

The only thing they seriously need to improve on is the elevator at Block E. It keeps on needing maintenance every few days and the sensor of the elevator door is not good, the door will close even when you're about to get out of the elevator, until it touches you.

:- Good security service 24/7
:- Convenient place near to Tropicana City Mall (3 Damansara)
:- Very poor in some forms of house sound proofing, very light material used in the constructions. Minor noises or sounds can be heard by neighbors at the lower ground.

It’s a modern living area with sense of harmony with the built environment. The community seems to enjoy the blend of arts, open space and other needs. The downside is the pick up and drop off point wasn’t ideal for Grab or MyCar driver because Waze always show the routes differently. Passenger have to manually instruct them to access through the access road next to the temple and take a picture of it.
