Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya

Damansara Jaya (also known as SS22) is a freehold town located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is mainly an old residential area developed back in the 70s consisting only landed houses. It was a popular place back in the 80s thanks to the iconic Atria Shopping Centre. After being bought over, demolished and rebuilt, it has regained its popularity and once again became the heartbeat of this neighbourhood.

The built-up available in this town is 2,000 sf to 4,200 sf for houses. Other neighbouring towns nearby are Bandar Utama, Bukit Kiara, Damansara Utama, Kayu Ara, SS2, Section 13, Section 14, Section 19, TTDI and Tropicana.
