Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Ara Damansara is a town that is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It was once a rubber estate but has quickly transformed into a bustling residential township thanks to its prime location, great accessibility and public transportation options. The township has been experiencing a high demand in recent years, thanks to its numerous amenities which have made it an increasingly attractive area to invest in real estate. However, despite its popularity as a residential destination, traffic congestion remains a significant challenge, especially during peak hours, driven both by its location and the high number of residents and non-residents working in the area, making commuting in and out of the area frustrating and time-consuming. Bad accessibility from LDP, have to go thru a narrow tunnel.
Parking system a little messed up..
Visited a friend here, a reasonably quiet residential neighborhood with low density. If youre looking for a high end place/future investment, this is the perfect place for u. Good management and security. Visitors can park near guardhouse (to avoid excessive amount of vehicles inside that would annoy other residents)
Security sometimes doesnt understand what you said and the narrow entrance at the guardhouse sometimes causing an unnecessary queue...
Strategically located cuz building is connected to LRT Lembah Subang. But very poor management and security. Got few complaints about intruder in few months and management handle this poorly. There are also very limited CCTV in the building.
