Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Ara Damansara is a town located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Formerly a rubber estate, it is a residential township that has been experiencing increasing demands thanks to its amenities and prime location with great accesibility and public transports. However, because of the location and high number of residents and also non-residents who work in the area, there is always a massive traffic jam during peak hours.

Viewed my apartment today. Finishings were terrible. Gaps everywhere between walls n floorings. Nearly all door handles and hinges were rusting. Walls and doors were chipped. Glass window cracked n window panes loose.
Two aircons not working properly and the water heaters not working at all. Very disappointed.
Good location, good size units, 3 car parks. Finishing sucks but at least most rectified.
1. A lot of defects. Submitting them means nothing to the management. They called me once and that's it, no one will come and fix anything.
2. The finishing - wall paint, bathroom tiles, etc are so bad. There's no quality to it.
3. No CCTV and surveillance in critical areas.
4. They were supposed to build an overhead pedestrian bridge. Well good luck trying to cross the 4 lane road in the morning.
Bad accessibility from LDP, have to go thru a narrow tunnel.
Parking system a little messed up..
One of a kind design in PJ.
Beautiful place, full of greeneries, peaceful and perfect environment for families with young children. Ample facilities, and nice jogging track. Tight security.
But Could use a little paint touch up at the lift areas.
Visited a friend here, a reasonably quiet residential neighborhood with low density. If youre looking for a high end place/future investment, this is the perfect place for u. Good management and security. Visitors can park near guardhouse (to avoid excessive amount of vehicles inside that would annoy other residents)
Security sometimes doesnt understand what you said and the narrow entrance at the guardhouse sometimes causing an unnecessary queue...
Strategically located cuz building is connected to LRT Lembah Subang. But very poor management and security. Got few complaints about intruder in few months and management handle this poorly. There are also very limited CCTV in the building.
