Taman Naluri Jaya, Permatang Pauh
Taman Naluri Jaya is a freehold landed housing estate that is located in Permatang Pauh, Seberang Jaya. It was developed by Billion Scale Sdn Bhd with a launch price of around RM220 psf. The developer is a privately held small-sized real estate organization, and it has undertaken only this project in Malaysia.
