Used to own a unit here, and the view from high floor was excellent. It was one of the tallest apartment in Penang.

One of the favorites among USM expat students.

Traffic after working hours is bad. Overflow from the coastal highway together with cars parking by the roadside jams up the narrow service road, making it difficult to access N Park. Hawker stalls at entrance worsen the situation.

Construction of new condo block positioned directly facing N Park threatens to block the beautiful seaview from the balcony.
