Eco Botanic (also known as EcoBotanic) is a freehold mixed housing estate located in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru. It consists of Eco Boulevard, Eco Galleria, Eco Nest, Eco Village, The Aldingham, The Coleshill, The Davenham, The Eastwell, The Featherstone, The Grassten, The Greenlands, The Laeken and The Sandringham. The built-up available at this project is 2,300 sf to 3,420 sf for houses and 1,800 sf to 5,216 sf for shop-offices. It was developed by Eco World Development Bhd (fka Focal Aims) with a launch price of around RM440 psf for houses, and was completed about Oct 2016.
