Not many shops here. It’s pretty much a dead mall. The parking ticket is expensive for a mall that has nothing. RM3 per entry and RM5 on public holiday/weekend. The only good thing here is the cinema, not too crowded so that’s good.
The management itself doesn’t reply on prompt. There are inconsistency of information between staffs and they don’t reply your enquiries. When I ask for their superior email because I would like to have a clearer understanding of the standard of procedure, the staffs said they do not have one. SERIOUSLY?
It is a modern and luxurious apartment which is located facing the sea of the Malacca Straits as well as close to the historical sites that are famous among the tourists.
It is a luxurious apartment with large space in each unit and suitable for families. This apartment is located near to the Element Mall and there are many shop lots around this apartment.
It was okay. The view is nice but how 30++ level of building have only 2 lift. We need to wait quite long and no aircond at waiting area.
It's a new condominium and look elegant from outside the building. But the management very poor in car park and driveway direction. Lighting in carpark area not organize and some area are dark without lighting. Signage also didn't state clearly with which is block A and B. Only one direction out if u drive in and make a big round within the building then shared a lane with the car drive in.
Nice hotel with nice staff. The room's design is beautiful but room size is too small for 2 people. It's squeezed and not enough space for you to move if you stay with partner, even the bathroom is very small for your use alone. The buffet breakfast selection and taste was okay. The location is good, nearby some restaurants and connecting to Element shopping mall.
Nice place, very strategically located. Got many options for food and drinks here and within walking distance. A bit hectic during peak hour and holiday season which is understandable.
The mall close down already. Please don't waste your time going here. There is nothing interesting here other than cinema. There's no restaurant to eat too. But the view is excellent.
