Moving forward, East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) signed a cooperative agreement with Technische Universität München (TUM) International of Germany in March 2018 to set up the Asia Centre of Excellence for Smart Technologies (Aces) at the Cybercentre in Pahang Technology Park.
