The design of traffic flow in this development is very bad. First it forces traffic to flow thru its basement then cars need to circle 2 rounds before can come up to the group level to pickup passengers. Also badly named signboards and building names.
Dysfunctional JMC and useless Chairmans for the last several years ... the property manager of Twins told me this is a low-class condominium himself.
Anyway, I sold my unit already as I couldn't bear with the bad management!
Stayed here for several days thru Airbnb. The entire residential floor has very bad air flow and ventilation, where there is no window along the corridor. While inside the unit, it felt very stuffy, due to sealed loft windows and lack of fresh air.
The outside looks very high -class but inside looks like cheap low-cost flats! Besides, there is no ground facilities, all entrances are located in the basement.
Good news for Twins, as Sprint bypass to KL is being built next to Pavilion Damansara Heights. So less traffic and reduced traffic noise for Twins when bypass is completed.
A very niche community mall with some nice restaurants. The food here are expensive though, especially the Thai restaurant on the ground floor.
One of my favorite shopping malls in Malaysia. Nice and conformtable.
Can basically find anything you want here. The only brand missing here is H&M.
Everything is good except for the fact that the space at the entrance of the parking is a little too tight for its design. It takes effort for some cars to turn at the corners.
Bad accessibility from LDP, have to go thru a narrow tunnel.
Could hear passing LRT trains noise!
Nice condo just opposite Plaza Arcadia. Probably the best condo in Desa Park.
In terms of land size, SP 1 has more land and better facilities compared to the new SP 2 & 3. Especially the swimming pool here makes the place look very green.
A very decent studio apartment where one can find plenty of amenities and food by just walking downstairs.
Friendly security guards. Nice, quiet neighbourhood.
Parking system a little messed up..
Security very tight. Can be good and bad depends on point of view but overall a safe place to stay.
Better security now. Owners who have more than 1 car might need to park outside at the roadside.
This apartment is about 2km from midfield. From North South highway, you can see it. It is located opposite bandar Malaysia air force airport. I see huge potential here.
Not too happy with their workmanship and built quality for such a high end condo. Well, it is by Monoland after all, what should be expected!
Love the huge and very grand lobby, it makes it feel like a 5-star hotel.
Leakage problems in less than a year and management very slow in responding..
Nice place to live in, good security, but parking might be a little confusing for visitors.
Share facilities with the hotel, need to walk a distance..
Nice place, facilities well kept.
Great view, good facility (even a bar in the pool), overall a nice place to stay..
Exterior well kept despite its age :)
Management very responsive to residents' feedback. Public transport includes the PJ03 (one of the PJ free bus) and a shuttle bus to the Kelana Jaya LRT station. Very convenient place with basic amenities like bank, food, grocery and so on within walking distance.
Used to go Sri Petaling frequent and love its public transport.
Heard that the condo is built above the lake according to https://lakecity-kl-north.com, is it true?
