This is a great apartment block - 2 towers (BB and BT). I lived there for 4 years. Avoid renting BT13-01, 02 and 03: owner does not pay deposit back in full and makes up reasons like building cracks….
Worst place to stay in ever, parking in basement was dark like in bat cave, security guard is just hiding somewhere else to smoke, a place full with foreigners, shops mostly closed with no access to Malaysian foods, not recommended at all. Soon the place will be rotted into garbage.

De Palma apartment near setia alam is by SP Setia famous developer under rumah selangorku project, facilities and environment are tip top and not the 'low cost flat' as mentioned please do some homework and use the correct wordings as it's downgrading the apartment property and the value of the area.

Project still not completed. SPNB being sue by its contractor. Project pending since 2019. Wonder why KPKT didnt do something about this.
