Serenade (formerly known as Austral Residences) is a leasehold landed housing estate that is located in Lakeside Residences, Pusat Bandar Puchong. There are 85 units available in this housing estate. It was developed by Glomac Bhd with a launch price of about RM440 psf, and was completed around 2017.
Glomac Bhd is a very big property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia, and it has developed about 63 property projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Aman Putri, Botania, Bukit Saujana, Egreta, Lakeside Residences, Saujana Perdana, Saujana Utama 1, Saujana Utama 2, Saujana Utama 3 and Sinar 2.
This landed housing estate is not very ideal for own stay or investment, because it has no amenities around.
