TTDI (also known as Taman Tun Dr Ismail) is a freehold town located in Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley. Originally a rubber estate, it has now been developed into a self-sufficient and fully integrated township with a healthy mix of ethnicity in the community. Neighbourhood shops are within walking distance... a large variety of food stalls, coffee shops, artisan coffee, bakery, pharmacies, convenient stores, hair dressers and not forgetting the wet market... plus there are a few food trucks waiting downstairs to tempt yr waistline....

Good security. Basic facilities. Big pool and communal garden available.restaurant in the building too.

Best things
- Quite and nice place
- Good location (Near to major cities and also public transport)

Worst things
- Facilities are limited and some are not functioning. Poor build quality I can say.
- Terrible lift break down and water leaking issues (My house has pipe leaking issue as well)
- Management was terrible before Henry Butcher took over. It is better now but still need more improvement
- Shopping mall is pretty empty
- Bad privacy, people can see you from the opposite building easily.

Am staying in this condo. Very convenient...the market, Hero, MRT Station, banks, restaurants & many many more shops are just within walking distance.

Not nice place to live. Night market every Sunday , fasting month bazaar (entire month), makes it hell to go back home. Very noisy n congested. Good place IF you don’t drive.

This condo is okay. Elevator rarely broke down. If it does, the fix would be a.s.a.p. Rented for more than a year. not crowded. one floor has 6 units so have better privacy. if you’re renting here make sure find a car park if you have a vehicle.

Worst parking system ever .... Poor direction signboard n ticketing system ...And yet charge Rm5 per hour .. tis is one of the most expensive parking fee ever ... More expensive than KLCC!

One of the older townhouse complexes in KL, this condo has maintained its beauty and upkeep over the years. Recently painted, it's super clean, the swimming pool is functioning and well kept and the gardeners do a great job with the greenery and flowers. The guards are all very friendly but strict so it feels very secure. Location is perfect as it's 5 minutes walking distance from the TTDI MRT station and 5 minutes walking distance from Bukit Kiara.
