Spacious place. Well kept. Good location near town. A lot of older families staying there. It’s quiet. Wheelchair friendly. The garden is well managed.

An old condominium with well maintainence. Helpful management staff and strict security makes the condominium environment safe and comfortable. TARUC bus stop here and fetch student. Many food stall and restaurants here and it is very difficult to stay hungry when so many food is ready to serve, and most of them are cheap and not pricey.

Nice location, nice neighborhood. I like the fact that this condo contains many families and old folks. But the condo is very old. Lift is in bad shape and even dangerous. Recent change of management made it worse. Love the swimming pool and gym is so so.

Easily the best PV amongst others. Strong security, clean and well maintained.

Good place to stay. Low density. Only 100+ unit. Has 3 lifts. Good security. 2 minutes to Duke highway. 10 minutes to KL town.

For me, this condominium was very strategic place, convenient and very suitable place to be your home. So much visitor parking. Easy for your family members to come. The security very capable and make sure to the resident before give the permission pass. However some of the security guard cannot speak well in english.

I can describe the building as aging gracefully. Slightly more expensive compared to the rest of the area to rent or purchase units here, it comes with walking distance to LRT, handy mamak stalls, Cyber cafes, KKmart, Computer shops right in front of the main gate.

Parking is hell. Road is narrow.
