Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur
Old Klang Road (also known as Jalan Klang Lama) is a city that is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is one of the oldest thoroughfares in Klang Valley, and was once the only trunk road from Kuala Lumpur to Port Klang before most of it was upgraded into Federal Highway. It is notorious for its illegal message parlours, pubs and night clubs. New high-rise developments have been pouring into the area in recent years.
Some of the notable landmarks in this city are Nine Seputeh, OUG Parklane, Taman Tan Yew Lai, The Scott Garden and Millerz Square.
This city has many amenities nearby, i.e. metro transport stations, universities, hospitals and schools. The following are some of the main metro transport stations here:

There are also some hospitals here, for example Assunta Hospital Pj, Cengild G.I. Medical Centre (Cgi), Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre, Pantai Medical Centre and Taman Desa Medical Centre.
Lastly, the schools here are SJK (C) Yuk Chyun, SMK Seri Saujana, SMK Taman Desa, SR Sathya Sai and Sri Dasmesh International School.

I'm a tenant here. This is the worst condo I have ever stayed. Just in less than one year, there are already cracks on the wall, furnitures built in are broken. Reported to management but nobody came to repair.
The worst thing in this condo is the LIFT! There are different problems with the lifts EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
Visitor parking quite limited while the road leading to the condo is very narrow. Surrounding of the condo is full of lorries and like industrial area..
It is not called as waltz residence. It will be called as residensi waltz. Maybe w city also change to Bandar w on the signage and address 🙄 very misleading
Although myself prefer its pronounce in English.. However if based on legal documents, it supposed to be Waltz Residence when we sign the documents instead of Residensi Waltz...
The approved name of the Project was Waltz Residences. Hence, the SPA was prepared accordingly to the aforesaid approved name.
Closer to the date of completion of the Project, we are required by law to submit to the local authorities i.e. the DBKL, City Planning Department for a confirmation of the actual postal address of the Project. This is a legal requirement whereby DBKL will assign the actual address and name of the development accordingly. Attached is the letter from DBKL confirming the name of the project as Residensi Waltz.
Hence, the entrance signage will be based the approved name as Residensi Waltz.

Poor workmanship, not worth for for the price. Lots of defect
Quite a number of the units are having the water leaking issue and also affecting the common areas. The car park also flooded everytime it rains. Not sure how is the architect design this building. Completely lost trust in wct projects for all the shortcomings at waltz
Comfortable, well guarded and maintained. Not very convenient for visitors and deliveries as residents have to go all the way down to pick up regardless how heavy the item is, even during rainy days. Also, visitors are not allowed to park their cars overnight.
Management need to increase parking for visitors cuz now only got 15 parking. It's far from Kuala Lumpur's main attraction, but Grab helped.
Hmm... Good location but jam? Beside HTC somemore..
