An apartment building mostly filled with Indian origin people. Apartments are nicely designed and airy. Kitchens are bit congested. Security is good. Some apartments also have a direct view of Petronas Towers and KL Tower.
Overall a good place to stay.

Recently refurbished the entrance. Very centrally locked. Depending on apartment location, one can get a great view of twin towers!

I basically live here. There is no access card facility here and lifts are slow but the condominium is very accessible to everything. Train station is 3 min walk. Sunway mall is 1 min.

The location is amazing. The ONLY reason it took us so long to leave is due to the strategic and convenient location. However, the horrible management and maintenance are why we are fed up. With a maintenance fee of RM420 A MONTH, they still can't afford to fix the lifts... There are two lifts for each column... BUT, only one works (barely). Every few weeks the lift spoils. The excuses are:
- Management didn't get a technician or pay the technician.
- Water entered the lift so it has to dry... What?
- The lift just isn't working and it is no longer working hours for the technician.

With all the money going in, there is no reason they cannot install new lifts. It's been more than 4 years!

Well prepared and well maintained infrastructure.
Swimming, basketball court inside even play ground.
Here you will find mostly South India people here.
The best part is cafeteria, lovely food.

Slow internet. Connecting bridge not opened yet. Noisy. Works everywhere. Unsafe to walk-cross ....

The design of traffic flow in this development is very bad. First it forces traffic to flow thru its basement then cars need to circle 2 rounds before can come up to the group level to pickup passengers. Also badly named signboards and building names.

One of my favorite shopping malls in Malaysia. Nice and conformtable.

Can basically find anything you want here. The only brand missing here is H&M.

Not too happy with their workmanship and built quality for such a high end condo. Well, it is by Monoland after all, what should be expected!

It is almost 30 yrs now and noticed that the Ixora Apartment never and ever done any new changes and renewed ever since owner purchased it.

Here are the list of problem :-

1)Building of the blocks never refurbish or ever PAINT new.(Very Bad conditions)
2) Car Park never wash and clean.
3)Swimming pools and changing rooms/toilet always dirties, without doors and damage.
4)Walking security gate without a door gate after so many months.
5)Elevators (Block 7) always breakdown from time to time.
