Easy LRT access (400m) and a short distance (700m) to two key highways (DUKE and AKLEH) making KLCC and its surrounds an easy commute. The LRT makes journeys to KLIA easy as well.

Low density (88 units) and a minimum of two parking bays per condominium is a rare find.

The way they treat students and tolerance towards student are super rude and incredibly dissatisfied and disappointing, if youre a student, rent somewhere else, its not student friendly and respect is nowhere to be found.
