Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
Kepong is a city that is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It used to be a downmarket area that is famous for its gangsters during the 90's. Fortunately, due to it being very close to the city center and also freehold, the real estate prices here had since skyrocketed and are very high now.
Some of the notable landmarks in this city are Taman Usahawan, Desa Aman Puri, Taman Wangsa Permai, Taman Sri Ehsan and Taman KIP. Besides, there are also some shopping malls here, i.e. The Waterfront and Fadason Business Centre.
This city has many amenities nearby, i.e. transit stations, schools, hospitals and universities. The following are some of the main transit stations here:

As for schools, there are SJK (C) Kepong 2, SK Kepong Baru, SK Taman Bukit Maluri, Sma Kuala Lumpur and The International School. There are also some hospitals here, for example Crazy Hospital, Nourish Tech Chinese Medical Centre and Parkcity Medical Centre.
Lastly, the universities here are Desa Mahkota Sixth Form College, Lithan College and Twintech International University.

Nice condo just opposite Plaza Arcadia. Probably the best condo in Desa Park.
Security very tight. Can be good and bad depends on point of view but overall a safe place to stay.
Leakage problems in less than a year and management very slow in responding..
Which side is facing the KLCC?
I don't know who and how the market price is set but it's simply ridiculous to set anything more than rm140k. We need to evaluate the area and it's surroundings too. The place is infested with gangsters and drug peddlers. It is not a good area to bring up children. A lot of social illness. To me the place is not worth more than 100k. Claiming necessities nearby does not supercede the criminal activities there. House break in n cars damaged etc.
