Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
Damansara Heights (also known as Bukit Damansara) is a freehold town located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It used to be a residential scheme for government servants and now it is a sought-after, upscale address for its strategic location. It hosts colleges, government departments, multinational corporations, and some of the prestigious restaurants that cater to the high-end demands of both locals and expats. It is also a nightlife hotspot with a wide selection of bars and pubs.
The built-up available in this town is 3,000 sf to 18,000 sf for houses. Other neighbouring towns around are Bangsar Utama, Bukit Bandaraya, Bukit Kiara, Bukit Tunku, Dutamas, KL Sentral, North Kiara, Semantan, Sri Hartamas and Sungai Penchala.

Dysfunctional JMC and useless Chairmans for the last several years ... the property manager of Twins told me this is a low-class condominium himself.
Anyway, I sold my unit already as I couldn't bear with the bad management!
Good news for Twins, as Sprint bypass to KL is being built next to Pavilion Damansara Heights. So less traffic and reduced traffic noise for Twins when bypass is completed.
A very niche community mall with some nice restaurants. The food here are expensive though, especially the Thai restaurant on the ground floor.
