Kinrara Mas is situated next to an illegal landfill and chemical dumpsite. The foul smell is blatant. Probably no one will consider buying this property or staying in it.

Loved it at first but then after 2 years staying here, I never wanted to move out more.
If your unit faces kesas, the noise is unbearable after a while. It's also so dusty.
If you face the back, the lrt station, then you get to enjoy every single announcement from your living room
Mini market is super expensive although I do like the fact they open till midnight.
You are not allowed to have guests overnight. If you do, you need to apply for overnight pass from the management during working hours.
The sky garden is completely locked down after someone committed suicide a few years back.

Very comfortable and quiet condominium. Location is ideal and easy access to the highway. The security is strict and good and ample designated carpark for visitors. The only disadvantage is the access road leading to the condominium is narrow and create traffic congestion during peak time.

It's recommended for students of both APU and IMU, since APU's bus stop just before the apartment and IMU is a walking distance away. The facilities are quite complete, such as restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and mini market. However, the building is already run down, so it doesn't look very nice.

The design for shared bathroom cannot be locked from inside the room for the unit I visited. Needs to add extra lock for privacy.

Just moved in but lift always malfunction. No patrol of parking lots during night time, hence safety issue

Lifts breakdown for almost a month but still not repaired. Only left with 2 lifts now, one of the lifts also with malfunction buttons. Block D glass door breakdown again and again.
