KIP Sentral is a freehold mixed retail & SOHO development located in Kota Warisan, Sepang. It consists of Core Avenue, Core SOHO and KIP Mall. There are 466 SOHO units available at this project with built-up from 2,800 sf to 2,900 sf for offices, 3,000 sf to 8,600 sf for shop-offices and 450 sf for SOHO units. It was developed by KIP Group with a launch price at around RM520 psf for SOHO units, and was completed in about 2018.

KIP Group is a big-scale real estate group, and it has constructed around 20 real estate projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Core SOHO, KIP Industrial Park, Kipark Selayang, Kipark Sri Utara, Laman Residen, Suria Kipark Damansara, Taman Jenderam Harmoni, Taman KIP, Taman Kipark and Villa Mas 1.
