The environment of this apartment is quite noisy as it is located near to the main road with busy traffic. There is a primary and secondary school located next to this apartment.

The main road to its main entrance usually has high traffic during peak hour. This apartment has a limited parking space and the residents have difficulty finding available parking space at night.

It is a huge area of low-rise property units. There are several shop lots in this area that provide amenities such as eateries and mini market.

This apartment is located in a relatively remote area and quite far from the Kota Kinabalu town. The environment in this area is calm and has greenery views.

It is a landed residential area that is located near the main road to Kota Kinabalu town and the environment in this area is quite calm.
