This particular area of the township is distinctively characterized by its Peridot precinct which boasts of massive bungalows positioned on elevated land. While other precincts surrounding Peridot mostly consist of landed houses, it stands out as a premium residential area. However, the beauty of the environment is somewhat dulled by the fact that down south, there is a large industrial park within proximity. Additionally, northeast and southeast respectively, there exist a quarry and cement plant; this could impact the nature of the location, quality of life, and eventually property values.
