Section 4, Kota Damansara
Section 4 (also known as Seksyen 4) is a leasehold landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) located in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. It comprises D'Shire Villa, Gugusan Mawar, Gugusan Melur, Gugusan Semarak, I Residence, Sierra Damansara and Villa Damansara. The built-up available at this project is 2,000 sf to 4,200 sf for houses and 650 sf to 770 sf for flats. Other neighbouring projects nearby are Section 11, Section 6, Section 7, Section 8 and Taman Subang Impian.
This landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) has many amenities nearby, i.e. universities, hospitals and metro transport stations. The following are some of the main universities here:
