hi. please train your people accordingly.. today im at the concierge. there was your staff at the concierge. one malay women. she was very rude. i asked her politely but she reply to me in an angry manner..do all your staffs behave like this???? who is she? is she the CEO or the boss of this building or what? she's so unprofessional. please train your staff to give the best service to the customers..
