Menara 2 (also known as Boutique Offices 1) is a leasehold office building that is located in KL Eco City, Mid Valley City. It was developed by SP Setia Bhd, and was completed around 2018. The developer is a huge real estate company listed on KLSE, and it has constructed around 368 real estate projects in Malaysia. Other similar projects by the same developer are Aspire Tower, Menara 1, Menara 3, Menara 3A, Menara Pacific, Mercu 2, Mercu 3 and Setia Corporate Tower.

This office building has some amenities nearby, for example universities, hospitals, transit stations and schools. The following are some main universities here:
