I basically live here. There is no access card facility here and lifts are slow but the condominium is very accessible to everything. Train station is 3 min walk. Sunway mall is 1 min.
The location is amazing. The ONLY reason it took us so long to leave is due to the strategic and convenient location. However, the horrible management and maintenance are why we are fed up. With a maintenance fee of RM420 A MONTH, they still can't afford to fix the lifts... There are two lifts for each column... BUT, only one works (barely). Every few weeks the lift spoils. The excuses are:
- Management didn't get a technician or pay the technician.
- Water entered the lift so it has to dry... What?
- The lift just isn't working and it is no longer working hours for the technician.
With all the money going in, there is no reason they cannot install new lifts. It's been more than 4 years!
