Easy LRT access (400m) and a short distance (700m) to two key highways (DUKE and AKLEH) making KLCC and its surrounds an easy commute. The LRT makes journeys to KLIA easy as well.

Low density (88 units) and a minimum of two parking bays per condominium is a rare find.
