Taman Wangsa Permai is a leasehold landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. It comprises Impiana Apartment, Pangsapuri Ixora, Pangsapuri Saujana Ria, Pangsapuri Sri Saujana, Prima Saujana and Vista Saujana. The built-up available at this project is 1,400 sf to 1,540 sf for houses and 650 sf to 1,035 sf for flats. It was developed by Monteron Development Sdn Bhd, and was completed around Mar 2007. Monteron Development Sdn Bhd is a small-scale property development company held privately, and it has developed only this project in Malaysia.
