Taman Wangsa Permai (also known as Taman Wangsa Aman) is a leasehold landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) that is located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. It comprises Pangsapuri Impiana, Pangsapuri Ixora, Pangsapuri Saujana Ria, Pangsapuri Sri Saujana, Prima Saujana and Vista Saujana.
The built-up available in this housing estate is 1,500 sf to 2,000 sf for houses, 750 sf to 1,001 sf for flats and 1,600 sf to 1,650 sf for offices. It was developed by Monteron Development Sdn Bhd, and was completed in around Mar 2007. Monteron Development Sdn Bhd is a privately held small-scale property development company, and it has developed only this project in Malaysia.
This landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) has some amenities nearby, i.e., hospitals and universities.
